The K3WA ham shack is
a complete single operator two radio (SO2R) ham shack.
The station is pretty
much all-together now in that everything in the shack is fully
operational. The evolving antenna farm is far from complete.
The two radios are
(1) Yaesu FT-1000MK MK V with a VL-1000 Quadra amplifier and (2) a
Ten-Tec Orion II with an Alpha 87a amplifier. I use a third radio, a
Yaesu FT-450 integrated with the VL-1000 and SteppIR beam, on six meters.

It takes a lot of
other stuff to make a SO2R station operate, control equipment, filters.
etc. I'm still trying to get all the controls within easy-reach
position to help in contesting.
The menu at the top
of this page link to more detailed information about the components I
used. Please single click on the image to enlarge it.
